Can you describe the moment you wanted to capture? Can you describe the moment(s) you captured the photo(s)? Where were you when you realised you wanted to make this piece of art?
I took these pictures this summer at dawn in the Moroccan Desert. The morning light made the dunes seem so soft and smoothened the curves of the desert.
I wanted to try and capture them intimately – as a series of portraits of sorts. Across both black & white and colour pictures I really wanted to express the softness of those curves from that morning, and for that to be the main focus of the project.

What have you learnt since creating this piece?
Camels are not comfortable to ride on.
What does nude remind you of?
Bodyscapes.
Were you listening to music when you created this piece?
Only the memory of the Berber chants from the night before.
