G’n stap ‘n entjie
(It probably deserves some explanation in this context. In Afrikaans, a ciggie is often referred to as an “entjie” - it basically means a lil’ bit, or a short. The phrase plays on the idea of a smoke break, where the ciggie is short, but you also have to walk a short bit in order to have a smoke, i.e. you have to go outside)

Can you describe the moment you wanted to capture?
I’m fascinated by how people experience excess and grit in its physical environment, and how aesthetics can alter this experience to one of pleasure due to the detachment of the art object with the space itself (ohsoart).
